I love Ironman Triathlon.
The only thing I like more than participating in Ironman Triathlon is talking about Ironman Triathlon. As you can imagine this makes my husband (who is not a triathlete) sometimes yawn with boredom. This is a fantastic quality for an Ironman Triathlon Coach.
Follow me to the Ironman Triathlon finish line
What I do is help people get to finish lines. I have been to 5 Ironman finish lines myself so know what it takes to get there. I have been a first timer. I have had good races and bad races. I have trained in a group and gone it alone. I have raced close to home and far away.
The fastest and easiest way to reach your goal is to find somebody who has already done what you want to do and have them show you the way.
I personally believe that almost anybody can be an Ironman. I am a 40+ year old woman with no secret history of elite athletics in my past. I have a busy family life – just like you. I do laundry and balance school events and family events with long course triathlon training. I’m also an Ironman and I would love to help you get to your Ironman Finish line.
What are you training for?
Are you thinking about signing up for an Ironman? Are you wondering if you’re ready?
I want to know what you are training for. Shoot me an email at amysaysso [at] gmail [dot] com an tell me what is your next race goal.
Honestly, I really do want to know.
I read every email I get and I really will reply. Like I said above – the only thing I love more than racing Ironman is talking to others about their race goals.
I believe in you.
I didn’t think I could be an Ironman until I crossed the finish line in France. I still doubt myself every time I start a race. So, how did I get there? I had coaches that believed in me. My family believed in me.
Now it’s my turn to believe in you.
I’d love to talk to you about what your next race is. Give me a shout out by email or on social media.
I look forward to hearing from you.
