For my first triathlon (which was a sprint on Key Biscayne) I remember distinctly when I realized I had no idea what to wear for the race. It was the day before the race. I’ve learned a lot about triathlon over the past several years and I want to share it with you. After all we all know the fastest way to improve at anything is to find somebody who has already done what you want to do and learn from them.
So here are a few things that I have learned over the years.
Here is my post about how to hold your bike handlebars to avoid numb hands. http://wp.me/p5TR0G-6h
Here is an article I wrote which includes everything I know about how to correctly put on a wetsuit. http://wp.me/p5TR0G-G3
Open Water Swimming is a challenge for many triathletes. Here are my 5 tips. http://wp.me/p5TR0G-sB
Being comfortable on long bike rides is a big deal. Here’s an article about bike shorts. http://wp.me/p5TR0G-GM
I hope you find these articles helpful. I also make videos so if you want to see me jabber about things I’ve learned check those out too.
